Khairy Elias Khalaf

Khairy Elias Khalaf, a recipient of a $1,500 grant that we awarded to him, initially enrolled in the course with low expectations and some hesitation about pursuing a career in hairdressing. However, by attending the sessions regularly, he began to notice significant improvements in his skills compared to his peers. Encouraged by his own progress, Khairy started approaching the training with renewed enthusiasm and determination. His dedication paid off as he surpassed the other beneficiaries and was awarded the grant. With this support, Khairy opened a small barbershop, which now serves as his main source of income. Determined to ensure the success of his business, he plans to continue running it, given its profitability. In addition, Khairy demonstrates his commitment to helping others by offering affordable services to residents of the camp, believing that supporting his community is a source of personal fulfillment and prosperity.
